For me, Zhishu ended up having feelings for Dr. because he was kinda pushing (so it was not the same "love" he felt for WJ). The years ZS loved WJ were beautiful but they are just memories so I think its okay that Zhishu spent his last months with the Dr. ... Moreover, WJ deserve that punish.
