Enough to threaten a managing director ??
Omg I love all the MCs so far. Such kind and precious boys

Johnny boy, you snapped a bit too much

No, he snapped at the right people and yes, it's not too much.
Those 2 could've killed him before Arlo does anything, those two knew they could kill him, yet those two didn't hesitate. Look here, the girl charged at him with her blade aiming at him. With that speed and destruction power, he could be killed instead. He was just retaliating.
Sry, I felt so much for John, all I hope for him was that he could be happy drinking his bobba tea again. Y.Y

Everything was being done by arlo. Imagine if they said no? ARLO WOULD HAVE BEATEN THE SHIT OUT OF THEM FOR DISOBEYING HIM. Arlo is the king, right? They don't want to be on his radar so I really feel that they didn't deserve that much from John. He should have put them in their place but not to that extent.

In the end, the both of them were attacking John for selfish reasons and that is to protect themselves by attacking a cripple and potentially killing him, no matter the reason, it doesn't change the fact that they hurt him. Arlo would have beat them up if they didn't listen to his orders? Is that it? That is the least they deserve for doing the same to John. So yes they deserve to be killed, to prevent future victims.

But it was when they realized that he had powers much stronger than theirs that Veltus started begging for someone's life. Obviously in Turf Wars killing is allowed. Arlo was pissed at Sera for protecting another student with powers from near death if not death. So why did Veltus plead for Meili's life AT ALL, if this is the case? Also you DO remember, right, that ARLO never even stepped in to help them, either? So why did Veltus think it would be different with John? It MERELY sounds as if Veltus was realizing they had bitten off more than they could chew and was suffering 'buyer's remorse' when things didn't go as easily as he thought they would. Also, if, for some strange reason, you didn't remember, Veltus and Meili were part of the group of four that ambushed him and nearly killed him in an earlier chapter. They weren't acting on Arlo's ORDERS then but merely under the plan he orchestrated. After all this was definitely on school property and NOT a part of Turf Wars so killing someone would have, ALSO definitely, been a no-no. Yet you also don't remember that they not only did THAT but had the nerve to VICTIM BLAME him? Finally, it really doesn't matter if they were merely following orders. John's right to self-defense is STILL not abrogated.
Ktbn.

He DID give them a chance to back off, too, BTW. But they kept coming after him. Thanks.

Honestly I just want Ishida to have a smooth sailing life from now on, but it's obvious that he'll be met with life's challenges - such as people who lack sympathy and understanding for the disabled. In the end, I know he becomes successful, judging by one of the earlier-ish episodes where they visited the homeroom teacher.
But still! I want a fluffy manga! But I also love this much more realistic depiction of reality
oooooh im not sure i like where this is going
