So, it’s more about the genre and feeling like it lacks certain moral aspects: I, insertbratwurst, as an adopted child, know my brother isn’t biologically related to me- but if I developed romantic feelings for the brother my parents raised me together with, it would honestly be pretty messed up.
Just knowing you aren’t related doesn’t justify sibling to romance type love relationships- fyi in the real world adopted siblings can’t get married unless they petition to the court to be removed from their family legally.
