I don't know why people are getting mad with lev. "You're not yaku-san" is more like he used to think that he only need to focus on his block/spike alone cause he believes that yaku will do his OWN job as libero, but now with yaku's not there he finally realized that he should have try to 'connect' with others too instead of thinking of it as individual things.
