Came back to reread again and it still one of my favorite shounen-ai. The story is simply relatable and I love how they overcome the situation and manages to stay together that long. It's admirable.

Me too. （/TДT)/ I had known chapter 5 was sad from the comments, but the story seemed alright so i was wondering where the sad was and whether or not some people had misinterpreted the chapter since none of the previous chapters had really been sad, then that he made that casual comment and i was like: "fuck. There it is." I then took a breath to prepare myself for suicidal feelings and read on. Still an amazing story of course, just an amazing sad story. Also, didn't it look like the delinquent failed to get back with his babby momma? At the very end it showed a woman and child walk in alone and i was like "and there's the fuckin' cherry on the fuckin' cake of sadness that is this chapter. Not only did we find out he's dead, now that poor sincere guy didn't get back with his love? -starts crying hysterically-".
The prequel and sequel are the same, both are twisted but damn I cried. I mean it's realistic cause kyouichi is not gay from the start and the temptation is always there, and imagase foolish way of expressing his love that always gets on my nerve :")
