The oldest sibling out of all of them is into her (I forgot his name, she met with him in the snow a few chapters back).
The younger brother (I forgot his name, he has black hair and blue eyes) and Dion are not interested in her romantically, just as siblings. This family is just really freaking weird and doesn't really know how to properly express their feelings, so it comes off weird.
Dion is more interested in her just do the fact that she was the only one in their family who actually seemed to still have emotions and was able to cry, she's still human, something that himself especially can't do and doesn't see himself as. So he tries to make her cry, which is still weird, but he does care about her and doesn't want her to die.
I'm not sure if I'm explaining this well or not. I got this info off of other comments and spoiler sites.
