Reading this chapter reminded me how one of the things I really love about this story is Pauliana's above-average-but-not-outstanding capabilities. Like, stories where the female lead is a badass and absolutely obliterates anyone in every single scenario are tons of fun as well, but sometimes it's nice to see a female lead who's a badass but also there are people that are better than she is in certain areas and that's totally fine with her and the story. There's just something very mundane and pleasing about it.
I mean, I'm pretty sure being a shameless homewrecker makes her a bad person. I don't know any good people who think it would be okay to kiss someone in a happy relationship in front of their partner, especially when that someone has already turned them down. She's just a bad person who also happens to have some good qualities.
I'm worried for our girl, but damn, those pink-haired cunts really set themselves up to be slaughtered. I'd say Rest In Peace, but nah, I hope they suffer the whole time.

Why is being called a "dog" an insult? Dogs are great. Don't insult dogs by comparing them to the emperor's shitty behavior in the past. Surely there's gotta be something more appropriately terrible to call the emperor, no?
You have to think with the mentality of a time when animals where considered inferior to humans. Dogs were used to hunt and to guard houses. Dogs also are impulsive and have instincts, so saying that you're a dog implies lack of intelligence. It's basically comparing a human being to a beast which cannot comprehend human interaction and acts only with the aim to fulfill its primordial instincts
I mean...in a webtoon where a driving force of the story's conflict is the main character trying to lift a non-consensual sex curse put on him by a demon who was also raping him using the appearances of Rix's loved ones, I guess I'm not THAT surprised about the turn events are taking. But that doesn't mean I can't feel disappointed, especially since Nuah has been so sweet and good to Rix so far.
I am Very Concerned about why Migen would decide to change his clothes to look like Nine before coming to meet everybody. Talk about sus.
