I feel bad for Jungwoo. Like, realistically speaking, it is NOT his fault that horrible assholes keep misunderstanding his relationship with Youngmin, since assholes' asshole-ish behavior is entirely on them and no one else. That being said, I'm sure Jungwoo feels like its his fault that his appearance seems to keep leading bad people to attack his boyfriend, and that's gotta hurt. God dammit, Asahi. You are making it very difficult for me to root for your and Mirai's relationship. At this point, the only reason I want them together is because Mirai still likes Asahi, and the poor boy needs as many things that make him happy as he can get at this point. That being said, it's difficult to say what would actually be worse for Mirai right now. Is being let down and left without support from your lover worse than being isolated and alone, without even the possibility of somebody that you trust to rely on? I'm not sure I can say for sure one way or the other.

I find this webtoon so interesting because their relationship isn't purely from Stockholm syndrome and twisted feelings. That stuff is still there, definitely, but more than that, there's the experience of reconnecting with someone you used to care about and who genuinely made you happy. I love how the author has made it impossible to separate the positive and negative aspects in their relationship, and I can't wait to see how the author tries to reconcile those two opposite ends of the spectrum to reach a (hopefully happy) ending for the story.
