I love Killing Stalking to death. It gives me the chills, but I can really appreciate just how much it can keep me on the edge of my seat from the terror while also really liking all the characters.
This one? No...just no. First of all, it treated rape like nothing. I was actually happy initially bc the MC actually seemed really shaken up by the incident and had a more realistic reaction to it than some other BL. It all went downhill from there, though. The MC was on the verge of forgiving his brother for his rape before he moved out, like when he told his friend he was having "issues" with his brother... The whole incident was not just "issues"...it was rape, and the younger brother knew it!
Okay, and then the obvious Stockholm Syndrome that went way to quickly. BL (and other stories) do this a lot, but if you're really being kept somewhere against your will, you wouldn't be that calm. Especially if it was your rapist whom you were hiding from for the past several years. Killing Stalking did it quickly, but the MC there was already in love with his captor and sort of psychotic (and then he considered running away, terrifying imagery of the captor's threats then proceeded to haunt us).

I understood the MC's jealous/hurt-ego feelings at the very beginning of chapter one. BUT wtf was that rape?! Sure, the MC was (slightly) blackmailed, but surely a little blackmail doesn't make rape okay?!
