Not necessarily, unless you've found raws of the manga elsewhere that have more chapters. It's not uncommon to see chapters released in bulk with manga, with months of time between those bulks, as typically people tend to upload all chapters that come out in a volume. Basically, new chapters will come in when there's a new volume published.
