Honestly, I was skeptical of a teacher x student couple when I saw a mention of the pairings on a raw site. However, the third couple is a refreshing take on it. I like that he isn't your average, barely legal student. He's older with more life experience than makes him more of an equal to the teacher
Edit: There isn't a free raws site or anything to share. I just looked for pay raw site to learn about who the couples were. Some Japanese manga sites tell you who the couples and the top/bottom are in the summary
I love how Liz is a fully formed character outside of Miyabi. She has a worries, insecurities, and interests that lie outside of him. It's much more interesting to see how her friendship with Miyabi is stirring up her insecurities and how she'll resolve them instead of the usual "uwu what if doesn't wike me~" agenda that a lot of shounen goes for
True! I always so sceptical when reading shounen. But Liz is so well written. I love her character and her development (=・ω・=)
Ikr. In fact, surprise surprise (but not really), there's no obvious pushing for romance between them at all, they're really just partners.

Honestly, I started this assuming that Shimazaki and Miki were endgame. The raws for the second vol disappointed me. It seems like he ends up with the teacher...

It's fine to want an open relationship, but it's wrong to not be honest and forthcoming about it before you start one.
I hope Muku at least reconnects with Inori later on in the series. Considering she's a minor, it's hard to blame her for anything that happened in that household. In addition, the pressures of Japanese schooling are also pretty high. She wasn't in the position to be helpful to Muku and it's scary leaving home at that age.
