Switch couples in mangas/manhwas/basic fiction is not popular so hence why they don't make a lot of appearances (Liebling! for example, love this manhwa so much but it wasn't popular. Same with Dark Heaven and 40x40). This is probably due to the fact that most consumers of yaoi are young women and hence, they make the characters in somewhat of a traditional gender based role - the bottom has to be pretty! and small enough to pick up.
