Fired? As in you think someone is actually paid to do that? You do realize that what you are looking at is a fan-translated scan of the original manga, right? Someone bought a copy of the real thing, scanned it--which is illegal, and then someone translated it. The watermarks were placed on it to discourage distribution on social media sites. (You can see how well that works.)
If the watermarks bother you that much, the simple solution is to buy your own copy, which will not only be watermark free but will also support the mangaka and the manga industry.

The perfect ending for me would be if the mistake Siwon made was prioritizing something that came up and not meeting Kang when they agreed to meet up. But our Siwon learns from future Siwon and makes sure he meets Kang on time. Kang apologizes and says he'll stop being such a bitch and that it won't be the same but he won't ignore Siwon anymore and Siwon says he doesn't what that and then they're gay together the end. Something like that.
