Actually it's true, remember in the first chapter doesn't he kill his concubines after sleeping with them. The only thing that isn't right is raping the uke but only becoz he didn't do the actual act of raping him. He was actually really going to do it I mean he gave him the medicine and shit already he just didn't proceed to the act becoz the uke cried but that didn't make it any better he's still an asshole for even trying to do that. Actually I really want this manhua to end up him having to sacrifice a lot of things for the uke just to atone for his sins and eventually dying for him.
