I think that's all thanks to the manhwa itself. Ppl get in thinking "oh it won't be so bad uk" but then they get immersed and put themselves in character place that's where they're like..feeling connected to the character way too much.
Also sometimes the story of the manhwa would be too good then rape scenes come and ruin it all that's where ppl get frustrated ig. I honestly think it's all just their opinions so it's ok
