I don't know the total plot but at the end people make a statue of her old self with the cat. Her friends look happy and rebuilding the city. Her companions (a guy with eyepatch, young elf and this man that i think is some king/prince) said that "i believe they living well somewhere" when they looking up at the statue.
Later she seen living as a highschool girl with the cat in the our world. She also encounter this boy that look exactly like the Hero. He playing softball and she help him passing the ball. They staring at each other before the cat interrupted with hostility towards the boy. Then this another girl with white hair without showing her face said something to the boy and his friend. But i think she also some important character in the plot because on how she drawn.
I think they got reincarnate. So they either died or sacrifice themselves saving the kingdom.
