i hate the uke. he’s selfish, whiny, and obnoxious up until the bitter end. there isn’t really much character development on his part except for him finally leaving the house and moving forward past his guilt. i don’t know how any character was able to put up with him for so long. it was a nice story nonetheless.( ̄へ ̄)

He's there for his boyfriend when the latter feels down near his ex's death anniversary, he moves forward and actually tried to at least be a member of society by taking work outside his comfort zone or in this case his house, and if he's all that you take him for, he should've not done the two things I just mentioned.
I know this is just fiction and all but your opinion of his character development really makes me wanna ask if we read the same manhwa. It was clear that he was not in his finest mental health, thus his selfish, childish self being seen more often. But after the last conflict? He improved real good, and was even able to speak in front of a crowd, which is hard for someone with the disorder he was struggling with.

he did all of that towards the end of book because we were slowly nearing the end, so i’m guessing the author was trying to wrap this story up as fast they could. the fact that his boyfriend told him the story about his ex, and he took it in a way of him using him instead of at least trying talk it out with him doesn’t really make me feel like he developed as a character. and no... sitting in his room pondering over his boyfriend leaving before he finally caves in doesn’t mean he changed in my opinion.
we did read the same manhwa. i’m just not impressed by the uke as a character. his flaws outweighs any “accomplishments” he attempts to make in this book. his mental health is not excuse for his shitty behavior. his boyfriend was also suffering with his mental health, but i didn’t see him acting like an asswipe towards the people around him. the uke is just trash in every way possible.

Nah you've got it backwards, it should be because he made progress that the story eventually come to an end. That pondering he did was in my opinion a part of his low esteem and disorder relapsing. In the end, managaed to overcome it, no?
You need to take notes too that people take in despair in various way. Junwoo was younger when his incident happened, I think that affects heavily on his childish tantrums. Not to mention he was practically babied by Hanbit. How I see it, Wooyeon had no reason to act harshly to those around him because he wasn't angry, but he was grieving even after all those years.

i honestly didn’t see any progress so this ending was unsatisfying for me. overcome? more like managed it because the story was trying to wrap itself up in the best way it could.
i understand people take despair in different ways. it’s just that his way was very annoying and infantile. he also treated his parents like shit before they died, so him getting babied by hanbit makes it x10 worse. wooyeon had chances where he could’ve lashed out at those around him and it would’ve been well within his right to do so, yet he still held his composure. the uke is unhinged lmao.
seme looks like kim woo bin.
