I want to enjoy the series if it does develop a good plot. But ffs can we get some couples who treat the FL right from beginning to end? I don’t feel bad if the elves get ripped a new one. She had nothing to do with any of that except being unfortunately born from a bad bloodline. Yet they found those horrid things acceptable. And the one who was supposed to be like a guardian? He can be one of the first to go to hell. I need more characters who half-ass things to be knocked out. It’s like watching a parent go “I provided the bare minimum and put up with you so you are indebted to me” after they intentionally had a child. (╬￣皿￣)凸

He’s forcing himself to bottle up everything and force himself through the motions to suite her taste. She’s shoving him off whenever she wants, digging into the fact that he’s hurt, dismissing her own inner turmoil, then walking back like nothing happened.
Maybe they need some actual time apart? Like not living together or working in the same company? I just don’t see how this will be resolved and become a healthy relationship with the amount of avoidance and escapism going on with their current arrangement. ╥﹏╥

A redemption arc won’t save any of the original people surrounding MC can be saved by giving them a redemption arc. I don’t care if they all of a sudden feel bad and want to do better. Fine do better. But don’t try to hold onto the relationship with MC now that guilt has built up in your system. (︶︿︶)＝凸

I’m actually quite confused on why this is rated so poorly and everyone is considering the FL to be dumb. She was sent there and attempted to carry out her mother’s final wish after leaving the battle field. But the moment she saw him bring in another woman and was acting extra shameful, she put things in the works to divorce through correct procedures. She even help her friend and the ex-husband’s little sister to get married with a nice dowry.
She made sure everyone she cared about would have somewhere to go and set things in motion for the financial downfall of her ex-husband’s s household as well. She’s literally a human being with emotions????? It would be weirder for her to automatically know exactly what to do and have no reaction to the surprise situation. I actually really love her! And it looks like this might be closer to a unique paced slow burn romance too. I appreciate her acknowledging that she liked ML but also being honest about how things might be problematic and still sorting out her own emotions. I look forward to seeing more chapters. (▰˘◡˘▰)
I hope this works out well somehow for the both of them. There is bound to be heart aching drama and more frustrating situations but I want them both to find happiness regardless of if that means going separate ways. The main thing I’m worried about is if the FL continues to act aloof up until ML starts to get better and live for himself. I hate when it happens. If she genuinely can’t handle being in a relationship with him, I hope she doesn’t feel some type of way when he moves forward from his trauma and having her as his entire world. I also hope he moves forward to live for himself as an individual and doesn’t cling try to use “being worthy of her” or something of the sorts as the reason he seeks help.
-although I do want them both to be happy, I’m mainly wanting to see ML happy. His whole life has been a nonstop fight to survive and the guy just wants to be happy ╥﹏╥
MY GUY FREAKING HELL!!!! Not only did he have a miscarriage the MOMENT they made amends, but then he just screwed up everything they just resolved. The baby said he was ok and things will be alright. If you feel guilty, then make it your mission to give him the world and more.
