If you would like to upload chapters, put the pictures in a Google drive or imgur (I recommend this bc you can order them properly in comparison to google drive) and click the flag button on the left hand side of the manhwa main page. The last option should let you submit a link. I usually let them know the chapter no. So the admin can upload it! Takes about a few hours up till a day to get through. :-))) hope this helps!!!
