to think his mother would blame hyesung for not finding her, really? you are the mother, you have to try to explain whatnots because the child might just misunderstand. also it's never been stated that hyesung wanted to see her mother as hyesung already accepted the fact that her mother leave. the ending of side story 2 was bittersweet, if the mother just tried harder and admit everything then maybe maybe it could have ended better? (only in the mother's side tho) because the father already got another family of his own, all he can do to hyesung is apologize and not bother him again in short the father should move on to get into a better ending.

it's sad but my interpreted ending is one of a happy one, tettu (lmao i forgot his name but the producer guy) got his voice back and nagi is gone only appearing once in a year (that's what I'd like to think since after tettu said what he remembered, he saw nagi and one year later he saw nagi again so it's once in a year)
