is it bad that i don't hate minjae? i think minjae represented the darkest and uglier side of ones personality no matter the individual i found his character very relatable in sense while I've never been through what he's been through i can still relate to his train of thought. alot of the times we read stories of the main characters having horrible back stories and life experiences and still turning out to be upstanding decent human beings while that's nice and all it's wishful thinking trauma affects ppl differently and just to make things clear i absolutely do not agree with minjae but I'd be lying if i said i didn't understand. i wish all the characters had found some kind of peace and forgiveness but oh well

can some explain to me what exactly happened in this recent update I'm not sure what went down all i know is that yeons family was sabotaged

From my own understanding, Jae Moon is somewhat re-living his past life since he’s in a coma.
It seems like his father is suffering from a broken heart. (ABO pairings normally have this 1 mate for life so some people might die of a broken heart.) So he became depressed and was getting manipulated by that corrupt official. This official is trying to sabotage the royal family by making them lose the public’s trust so when a disaster happened, the other officials wanted a direct action but the corrupt official diverted the Emperor’s attention by saying it’s no big deal. When help came, all they were offered were basic soup unlike Yeon’s family who offered a decent meal.
The corrupt official took this as an opportunity to tell the Emperor that Moon’s lover and his family are in cahoots with Moon to overthrow the current Emperor. You know how Asians hate losing “face” (get humiliated) against another person.
The corrupt official is making a rift between father and son and using Yeon’s family as an excuse to halt Moon’s “plan of taking over the throne.”
So the Emperor called the family in and ordered for them to be wiped out. (All the while having Moon on house arrest due to his rut. He couldn’t stand it so he went to Yeon since they are mates and do the do.)
A man servant saw the Emperor’s orders and went to Ryan’s past self because Yeon and his family are going to be banished as well so he went to fetch Moon. So now, the family was destroyed and Yeon and his brother are hiding while Moon is acting like a puppet for the corrupt official.
The last panel in chapter 35 shows that they were discovered by the corrupt official because of the letter. And Yeon’s defensive instincts have lessened because he’s preggy.
Spoilers:
Yeon’s older brother seems to be the secretary in their past life and is the one that Ryan has been looking for.

that little girl what's her name again nikgoo or something.....anyway good does she shut up ! her mouth is such a motorboat like come on the you have the audacity to tell someone who literally can't communicate to other ppl to be mindful around others who aren't in the "organization" really!? little miss blabber mouth ! like soo-a can't talk, read or write she is literally the least of anyone's worries and even when she could talk she literally never told anyone anything like soo-a is literally THE most close lipped person in this entire story and this was long before they made ger lose her voice and that just got me so fucking peeved
