Note: Some are caught in a cycle relationship- ex: seme loves uke, but uke likes someone which is currently in love with seme. Sorry for not sticking but tbh it's the same for me lol. In the end there will be a pitiful character who'll be left behind 

Although guys in isekai type stories are common, BL or yaoi and shounen ai are harder to find I decided to make this list. If yall know any not on the list feel free to share.
