I don't think it is possible to make a shoujo manga involving an omega and an alpha as the entire idea behind alpha/omega is that they can't control their instinctual urge to reproduce as that is what their bodies evolved for, it would have to involve a beta.

I think they have the same state, they both alpha anyway. But since it's yaoi manga so they more highlight it into the male one.

I believe so, i read this one omegaverse manga and the story is about twins and they have both female parents. I think it's alpha female and omega female, because one of their son is omega.

Ahh, it's true depending on how the author sets things up. I've read a variety of omegaverse where they made the beta kind infertile and i've read omegaverse that made the alpha kind exclusively for males. So it really does depend on the author. Omegaverse is a flexible universe
Yeah, the first omegaverse I read explained that the reason people evolved into alpha/beta/omega was because of the declining # of women.
1) Most of the omegaverse I have read state that omegas are more fertile. So an Omega female in heat will be more likely to get pregnant than a beta female.
2) yes, they are on the same level. And yes, they tend to marry each other in the attempt to keep the alpha genes pure (again, that's in most of the ones I have read, but not all)
3&4) Yes. They do have both organs (just like how omega males have wombs) and being alpha they are more aggressive. The second story in the one mentioned earlier about the twins had an alpha woman who topped an omega male, because she really wanted to try being on top and couldn't see her husband allowing that.
