My wife (who has some degrees in medical-related majors) have this theory that RouRou is both the child of Yi Yun and the CEO. Here's her explanation (as I quote):

"The surrogate lady may had intercourse with both the sperm donors (at different time) and conceived a pair of fraternal twins. Then one of the twins died early in the womb and the other absorbed the deceased twin thus resulting in the embryo to carry two sets of DNA. This condition is known as "Chimera" and it's more common than people would like to believe, seeing the high death rate of embryo during pregnancy. People could've been a Chimera themselves without knowing it."

This explains why Rourou has both Yi Yun's DNA and the CEO's. Well, we have to wait for update to see what's actually going on.
