i'm a little confused about the story line....i feel like i'm missing something

why is sinbad becoming evil DDD:
Iguess it's just his nature.....I always knew he was bad or more like, there was something really suspicious with him & his so called perfect self as king
i don't think he is "becoming" evil, he is just like all the rest, doing what he thinks is necessary, to achieve his goal. Even if, like he said, he needs to use dirty methodes.
Sinbad has been doing so sinds the beginning. Only then it was convenient and seemed righteous for the main characters. Dut now that the main characters view differs from his, will he look evil to us.

that said i think alladin was always aware of Sinbad, and that their vision and ways wouldn't stay compatible. hence why alladin never agreed to be sin's magi
