He was given the key by the previous owner and there was a legal agreement, so it’s not like he has no grounds. However, I think he is bluffing and knows he can get away with it, because ML likes him.

A story in which the MC has a clear choice between two guys who have openly stated what they stand for.
Between a guy who was there for him his whole life and loves him unconditionally… and the other guy who just wants to f*ck him. He even openly said the reason he was attracted was to mess up with his romantic ideas.
This is a story where the MC is another level of selfish. He ignores Minwoo and lies to him, yet he “is worried” they might no longer be friends when Minwoo ignores him (which he asked for..). Then goes hoping to have something romantic with a guy who doesn’t do romance.
He was literally using bot of them, one for emotional support and the other for the physical.
The story could become fun when the ML allows that blonde guy to use him as they did the same thing before. Then the whole trauma thing will have its purpose..
Yet you can tell, he will use Minwoo to save his a$$ and then go back once more when the ML “apologizes”.

trauma is not an excuse for bad behaviour though? by your logic, since Minwoo saved him once, MC owes him his devotion despite feeling nothing for Minwoo? God forbid MC wants to explore a relationship with a man who is looking for casual fun, and MC has been trauma bonded into depending to Minwoo because guess what? MINWOO conditioned him to do so. MC doesn't want to be babied and wants freedom, he feels like he has to lie because Minwoo doesn't let him do shit without his explicit approval (he literally wasn't allowed to go to the freshman party). Minwoo also hid behind his 'care' for MC to dictate his life, while having romantic feelings for him. it's an unhealthy relationship regardless, and blaming MC for it is absolutely abhorrent. MC is the victim here, between two terrible men
