The story is a bit all over the place at this point. One moment, no one knows anything about Josh, Chase can’t remember nor feel his pheromones. Next you know, he remembers something, but not everything. Now I don’t even know what they are referring to when they speak, as so many events happening simultaneously.
Also, the new art made Chase look like Omega.
But the last chapter is a bit stupid. You don’t own the painting, nor is the commissioner alive.. so why are you stubborn? As said, all Luca needs to do is to call the police, then he won’t see the painting ever again. Going together is actually his only way by all means.
Personally, I think it would be fun if he just stabbed himself to make a point. The evil jerk would save him regardless.
