So this is what the author of this story said-
Only alpha x omega can have a child (doesn’t matter what gender)
And beta x beta can have a child (only the female beta can, they’re like us normal people)
So no, omega x beta or alpha x beta could not have a child.
Also if you’re getting into omegaverse stories, keep in mind that every author has their own rules to it. They all generally follow the same rules but some have their own twists to it.

I think from this story beta can impregnate the omega. If the beta is the top. Unfortunately if beta is the bottom they cant get pregnant as previously stated in the story. Beta is like normal human where a male beta dont have uterus.
Like I said before Fargo said beta can’t impregnate the omega. She cleared it up on Twitter when people asked her if they kyungsoo and chowon can have a baby.
