If I remember correctly, Tsukasa found out that the theory of devils' lifespan being so short, was based on research that was done in a rather secluded area. Meaning, that this isn't the case for all (male)devils. As for the kids, I think they will have them, be it through addoption or in the same way Yuuki was born. His mom is the researcher of this after all, she'll know what to do for sure ^^
