i really like how jacques pointed out ivorre’s behavior toward her brother. from other people’s point of view, it didn’t even look like sibling love or anything close to it, just like he said. it was kinda weird, honestly. glad she eventually changed though, lol.
It's not weird if you have deep understanding. She feels guilty knowing she's got everything while her brother was treated poorly. She's just giving what Dou's missed during those dark times. The only problem is she's doing it too much. She's so overprotective making it toxic for Dou. The weird one is the knight thinking it as incestous love. Like is he not disgusted, they look a live as if they are twins. He was rude but you are right, Ivoree needs that so she could tone down being like a mother to Dou because Sidis is too soft for her.
