Great question...for the publisher! They split "Chapter 7" into two parts for serialization, which is not an uncommon practice. We're just following their lead and releasing the chapters as they were published :)

As much as I like this manga, it makes me sick to see how they twist things and distance from the main story.
I want to know about yuki i dont care anymore about yakuza and all its shit!
I always miss Yukio when he doesn't appear, but I like to know more about the other characters's backgrounds, motivations and actions, and also about what is happening in the yazuka. An story is always better when the world building is more detail and realistic, and especially when more characters have complexity and importance. Also, considering how the author is telling the story, I would say yukio isn't the only main character.
