Yes it is. If you have read previous omegaverse, you will like it. Of course there are omegaverse clichés but the plot is interesting because the omega doesn't act like a prey and the alpha is sometimes (well most of times) very dumb. And sorry for the spolier but, yes there is a baby.

As of currently (3 years in the past) he is yet in the opinion of hating her. I'm guessing because she regressed back before she could enter the academy, which is most likely the setting of the whole "game". Since they didn't spend as much time, he did not know of her (past life) evil nature beyond her (previously) arrogant and snobbish attitude.
So no. I don't think he hated her at all. But I do believe that the prince from that previous life absolutely hated her with passion.
