The partner was Cecilia- (empress) she got assassinated or smth but i dont rlly know how- but im p sure its veronicas family that did it

Yeah it doesnt change the fact that he was awful to her i never said that it did but it seems reasonable to me because personally i wouldnt be kind to someone whos possibly connected to my partners death

I mean not in a literal way. Their relationship is forced writing wise. They barely have any chemistry and they still are so awkward to each other for complete different reason.
