I feel like spear hero is slowly becoming what he wanted to eliminate. He wanted revenge and turned to killing them without thinking about why all this started and if there was a reason behind it all. After all the spear hero lost his family before he was isekai-ed. So basically he saught nothing more but revenge for when he would go back to his world. While the bad heros in this story lived normal lives with normal families but as soon as they came back home from the other world everything went horribly wrong for them and they turned to becoming seen as a villain even if they didnt want too (like the sea dragon lady he just killed). When you see both the hero and villains perspective in a story it feels like everything changes....
