Most manwhas nowadays lack depth in their story. Many are just replicas of an existing popular story. Or, the story is too childish, repetitive and boring.
I’m happy I discovered this. This story is painfully beautiful, especially when you read the novel. It’s realistic, the characters have complex backgrounds. You can’t help but agonize and understand where they’re coming from. It’s a good depiction of human character. No one is really innocent.
What exactly has she EARNED? she ensured the stepmothers abuse but that’s about it. She never fought for herself or stood up against the stepmom. She never tried to fight for the guy she is with now. And never made any decisions for herself without someone pushing her. She literally just went with the flow for everything. I don’t see how that can be called earning something. She was literally just breathing.
This author created a good shoujo manga but if this is the route she’ll go for her new story then what a disappointment. Might consider dropping this if they push with the step siblings trope.
I know everyone is frustrated with Theo and rightly so. But this story is not the typical one. Lots of plotwist are in the novel. It’s actually good.

This is underrated but so so good. Strong MC yet vulnerable. Great and supportive ML. Even the antagonists have a good back story. No dragging plot lines! Love the recent chapter when they kissed. So much angst but finally!!

Sure cael was hurt but even he said that he’s already okay but still she wants to torture Diana and Helios. It’s too obssessive and weird. Really don’t like the sister of the ML and the ML himself because he’s doing nothing. Nothing at all despite knowing the FL is hurt.
If she really want to protect her child, getting rid of Valerie is the right thing to do. She’s so weak, which is why in her first life - she died in vain. Now she’s repeating the same thing
The mc is starting to annoy me with her obssession of going back to her original world. It’s been 20 years who knows if her mom is alive? She’s so stuck in her past that she can’t appreciate her family now and the people who care about her. She’s a coward and selfish
This hits home even if you’re already an adult. Love the characters and their complexities. So beautiful- it depicts youth, loss, love, innocence, family, dreams and friendships. Read this!
