i think the ex blaming yoon for his coma is just an excuse for himself to remind him that he is already with another person. Since he thought yoon was already dead maybe he thought he could get over yoon while with that other bitch, however yoon showed up one day and now he feels guilty if he break up with his current boyfriend coz thae person comforted him during his hard times. Still i fcking hate them both for hurting yoon's feelings and not considering that the person just woke up from coma.
