Not sure if I'm understanding this correctly, but once you get the notification and you click on it, it only shows you the comments that have been replied, so to see what manga you where commenting about, you just have to go to the bottom of the page and click on for instance this manhwa = "Back to Star-Forstered Swordmaster"
