Imo there's different unrelated parts of this story
The first one is when they were literally wolf and puppy
The second part is little potato right here where their relationship is going to be purely father and son. This I believe is the main storyline
The third part is where potato is grown up and in this third part, there's a hint of bl (yes it's still boss who took care of potato)
Then the fourth part which was the ad I think...that was heavily giving GL
In other words, the main storyline is there which is the aforementioned second part
I believe the other parts or alternate storylines are just the author giving satisfaction to readers of other genres(iykwim)

Sadly it does end here...
The ending was a nice change of pace. Instead of focusing on Rice completing the main story of Real, it focused more on the development of characters and how far they've come.
While he's on top feverish with love and emotions

Yeah I don't care for him, some people feel bad but I don't. When they were kids, yeah of course cause they had a pretty messed up life but as an adult; he has no excuse. So at this point I'm so done & I just want his part to be over.
