Pretty sure he was the vice president. Unless I'm wrong he was only in the first couples story.
oh not the vice president, the one that had his face cropped. Top right
uh he's noda i believe? he was the third overall student and part of the student council. in the first couple story, he was the one who told everyone to stay while the delinquent carried the president to the clinic (if i recall correctly)
