It has the authors name in the corner so it looks like its a title page from this manga. Going by the contents page on page 4 its probably for chapter 4 'straight-kun and the scum'
It's 32 Year-old virgin but is now being molested (chapter 5)
I know this is an old comment, but I'm almost 100% sure the character in the illustration is not from that chapter. Because 1) the characters are in different positions. 2) the character in the picture has a tattoo and there is no indication that the character in that chapter has one. 3) the ear piercings are not the same. 4) the hair is slightly different. 5) their clothes are different.
I fear the picture may not actually be from anything and is just an illustration. (Which sucks because that character looks exactly like the kind of bottom character I like. :'D) If anyone could find otherwise though, by all means, I would love to know. (so i can read it)
