They changed it a bit from the novel. In the novel, she was supposed to be covered in blood, and was hurt badly and exhausted. She had to be carried the entire way by sir Endymion on his back. Sir endymion was struggling cause he basically had to support both ruby and Ellen (due to Ellen not feeling well after using her powers). Both izek and ruby were in no good condition to be saving others. Popo and griffin actually were in the scene and helped ruby reach the dragon. Ruby shouted for the dragon to stop, and it did, as opposed to the manhwa version where izek just subdued it.
I guess because the manhwa censored it to an extent, it made manhwa readers believe she was in a better condition to run around and do more, when in actuality she and izek were in bad condition and had to recover together afterwards.
