Not much unfortunately. More then the detailed and graphic drawings (beautifully done drawings) it's the feels combined with the characters enjoying each other in a fantastical but real way. A lot of Yaoi has the seme making no expression while the uke acts out some ridiculous parody of a porny female. I've read bara type (even with attractive drawings) manga that's even more graphic but it left me totally cold, bored. It's the emotion whether it be driven by love, hate or whatever that sets it up. In this manga it's the angst of love long denied coming to fruition & culminating in a scene that has years of pent up lust released. I found that the expressions on Germsny's face and his obvious lust for Italy was the part that made it over the top hot. If you're looking for other examples that are as good or at least close to as good-Zaria's Nemuri Otoko to koi Otoko has a similar feels plus lust combo as this. Pet Keiyaku is hot but doesn't have a lot of feels. Norikazu Akira has some really sexy manga. Not as graphic and lighter hearted. Twins labyrinth and heart strings. Nekota Yonzou has semes that have great lusty expressions & Sakuraga Mei has a nice mix of feels and erotic expressiveness. I want to make a list that details the manga that combines feels and lustiness to create honestly hot manga
