the people talking about the ending being weird and complaining that they didn't get who ended up with who, haven't understood the manga at all. it doesn't matter, the story wasn't ever about any one relationship. it was about love. all types of it.
they broke up. there wasn't a clear reason. people drift apart. how many people actually end up with their highschool loves? yet it doesn't mean their love didn't exist. like futaba said, why can't people have many people precious to them? loves can evolve, your feelings can change. taichi wasn't ready to accept his feeling for touma then, but he still oved him. yet he also loved futaba though he eventually drifted apart from her. that's how life is. i personally love the ending. yea maybe we could have gotten some side stories, but it's alright. it was bittersweet but still real.
so i heard that the novel is incomplete, anyone knows till where? like has the manhwa catched up to it or still far?
this was going so great, why did they have to put that weird incest plot?? also the ones saying it's ok because they aren't blood related, just imagine rourou and bighead in a relationship ew. A thought of Yu as his brother his whole life, it's so weird omg.
anyways, the comic is still great!!! (until ch 255, where the incest weird plot starts but it's a side couple so just ignore it, rest of the comic is good )
I will say though that the major plot ends around ch 190/200, after which the plot diverges alot . i still liked it tho but it really depends on the reader

I think "I Will Fall with the Emperor" is on a similar vein, except it's more focused on revenge. The ML's personality does kind of fade in the background as the story goes on tho-
i know angel and remelia are going to end up together but that doesn't feel right to me. Remelia doesn't love Angel (atleast not yet) and in a way, Angel doesn't love 'Remelia' yet either. Remelia was simply pretending (idk a better word for it) to be like Emi would be ( Kind and willing to forgive Pina.)I mean the only way, it would feel right would be if Remelia confesses everything and Angel gets to knows the true Remelia (cold yet caring, kind yet not forgiving). Or else, it just feels like angel is marrying emi, not remelia.like angel doesn't know remelia right now at all, he only loves her facade of Emi. i need some serious confession scene for their relation to feel right lol
