Yes they can. If an omega goes into HEAT, theres a high chance to get pregnant even if theyre partner is a male beta. I have read other omegaverse stories like that and they have babies so yeah. But still, im not sure if fargo-san is going to follow that（￣へ￣）

It depends on the author, Betas and omegas can have children but it's extremely difficult because when an omega and alpha fuck, when the alpha is Cummings they release like 2 or 3 times the amount of sperm compared to a beta. Some mangas have beta X alpha babies but The Author for love is an illusion I don't think will have that but if it's Beta X Omega then maybe cause Omegas are the ones that get pregnant (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Alpha can only impregnate omega, beta is like us normal human. Beta can still be in relationship with alpha or omega but beta can't impregnate omega and alpha can't impregnate beta. Alpha and omega can sense and get affected by each other's pheromones but beta can't sense or affected by neither of those two's pheromones.

There are some omegaverse where alpha can turn into beta, beta turn into alpha/omega and omega turn into beta but most omegaverse have the same concept as the above. You can check the first page of any omegaverse mangas they do explain more about the omegaverse
