ok, it was a really good manga (8 years had passed huh...). Although, at one point, it rushed in the wrong direction and honestly I was disappointed.
About the ending. It was just happy ending with humor, which was expected because the drama began to disappear already in the middle (when those who died should be died) and the manga just became an action movie without consequences that called "let's try to catch Sato about 50 chapters even though I have no explicit reasons to catch him". And surprisingly the essence of these black creatures was NEVER revealed! The information that was given in the 30-40 chapter is the only one, then they stupidly repeated it. In general, the real potential of these creatures is WASTED, this is a HORRIBLE OMISSION! Gorgeous creatures and so little information and actions.

I'm happy about ending but at the same time I'm not happy at all. Maybe it's because I prefer tragedy not bittersweet-kinda-happy-ending. Although manga have a very interesting concept and art.
Don't get me wrong I'm thrilled to hear about 2nd season but I think there's no need for another season. Everyone got their ending, yeah it wasn't exactly happy but still though. Maybe it's spin-off about other characters?
