The reason they were all ganging up against the third oldest siblings(Eunho) was simple. Their father promised that whoever among the siblings gave him a grandchild will surely get an inheritance.
Eunhyuk is not a subordinate to Eungyo, they works in the same company but his big brother work in different department. Even in the novel, the one who listens to Eungyo problems and gave him advice was always the oldest, so in a sense Eungyo always respect Eunhyuk as a big brother.

They were married and got divorced. I think because he got her in debt?? Not entirely sure but it is his debt. Basically he begged and she forgave him and agreed to pay off the debt with him and they agreed to remarry afterwards.
He asked her to get laon for him. That's how she got in debt bcz of him. He needed money. The debt is basically on her name. To make sure the debt don't fall on him they got divorced. Means since he has no lawful relationship with him, the debt won't fall on him. But he is still leaving with her and leaching off of her. Basically a bastard.
