I'm not a perfessional, but the uke probably has PTSD, or the title of the manhwa -- stockholm symdrome. Stockholm syndrome means falling in love with your kidnapper, abuser, someone who has caused you a tramatic experience.
I think atm he is in denial of what the seme did to him. He's saying how he doesn't really know if the seme was actually guilty. He is OBVIOUSLY guilty bc of what he did (r@pe, sexual harassment, ect.)
