Ive read this randomly and thought that its gonna be all about her tryna find what story this is and what type of character she is. But then it became more than that. Im loving their relationship as they act from serious to unhinged (⌒▽⌒)

To be honest when Luca said the thing about rudiger that he doesnt know how to love, im starting to doubt him. I like him too. But the doubts ╥﹏╥. I mean, i dont think the things was said without reason right?

In the novel/Luca's first life, Ruediger died when Luca was just a child. Back then, Luca took Ruediger saying that he's responsible for Luca (or something along those lines) that he only cared for Luca due to that sense of responsibility, and not because he actually cared about Luca. He ended up sacrificing himself and dying before they could ever have a chance of resolving the misunderstanding. The incident must've traumatized Luca a lot, and his last moments with Ruediger didn't help.
Even as he grew into adulthood, as he never had a way of properly getting to know Ruediger, of course he'd only have this one idea of him in his head. Most people rarely think about the other point of view, especially when it comes to people they feel they have been wronged by, so that also adds to why he has continued to think of Ruediger as a cold person. (Plus with his recent talk with Judith it's confirmed that Luca being cold to Ruediger isn't because Luca hates him, but quite the opposite. He's also afraid of losing Ruediger, and himself getting hurt again. At least if my memory serves me right lol)

I stop at 58. Its taking her so long to figure out the identity of escal. Tho thats just how the story is. Reading some comments here spoiled me the latest chapters but it was expected at how the heizen was acting infront of Lara. As the story progresses i cant help but fall for escal's sweetness and treatment for Lara. Tho its a red flag on how he keeps on making her worry and how he makes her suffer knowing that the events of the kid escal was traumatic for her. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

I had liked the story in the first chapters of this manhwa. The last time i left it was around chapter 43. I came back now ang finished it seeing it already ended at 83. I genuinely was anxious how this was gonna end since during the chapters 70 was the climax of the story. I was thinking that this might have a rushed ending. Their were to many loopholes. There were a lot of characters that werent given justice. Especially the crown prince and his relationship with penelope. The crown prince had a pleasant personally to be honest. You just really need to push his correct buttons. I was hoping him and penelope would get together. But how about terry? He doesnt even give the vibes of a second male lead for penelope. Apparently things started to really mess up during the chapters 70. Things did seem rushed. What happens with taeana? Why was ignis killed just like that? Although his death was a catalyst for grace to unleash her dragon powers but still! Even vanessa survived such life and death encounter. Why couldnt ignis as a knight died. He couldve just fainted. Also why hasnt the crown prince reacted like that? Why did he have to say those last lines when looking back to his character he really didnt hate the whole family. It wouldve been better if he died at the hand of lenux while crying out of forgiveness. Although he had the character of wanting to dominate everything but still. ╥﹏╥ im sorry! Im just ranting! I just really liked the emperors character a lot. Its just that his character wasnt given any justice. Anyways if thats what the author wants it to end its fine. I liked this story quite a lot thats why i sticked to the end.
