So far in the novel (aka 1200s chapters in), world-building-wise it's not possible? It's canon that pregnancy between alphas and omegas in nearly impossible or defective, or at least that it wasn't recorded in both time-lines (in the first time-line Yuder didn't get pregnant even after a year of sharing heats with Kishiar).
Character-wise, they are not even thinking of marrying yet... and not projecting with children at all.
Plot-wise, a pregnancy wouldn't fit between all the story lines, at least for now in the latest chapters.
So if there is any children it's more likely they would adopt, and that would be at the very end of the story or in an epilogue (I'd say the novel is starting its final quarter so it's in a lonnnnng time).
