Everyone is worried something is gonna happen and ik there will be some kind of drama or something happening (this is a zombie story) but i honestly think the ML is a green flag. Considering this authors other work (dangerous convenience store), ahjuicy was a green flag so i think (and hope) this author will keep this guy a green flag (dont comment on the fact i dont remember anyones name but ahjuicy bc of the translator memes in that story lol). I see a lot of hate comments and i mean i get it but i feel like this story wasnt that bad. I enjoyed the art style and the main couple was cute.
2 things i didn't like tho were first off i do wish main couple would just talk about stuff instead of dumping while drunk then suddenly its a smut scene like oh ok just push past the serious convo for sex.
Second thing [spoiler warning] i didnt like was i feel like the S.A scene with the friend was so unnecessary. Like i feel like it did nothing for the plot and was kinda outta nowhere. Like i feel like maybe the blurry memories coulda just been the actor friend leaning over instead of HIS BEST FRIEND WHO HE TRUSTS s.a.ing him. I feel like a lot of authors just breeze over the fact that s.a and grape is not ok and only the friend knows about what happen and there is no punishment or anything and thats just crazy to me. I just eish if youre gonna add it, make it an important plot point and the offender should face punishment. Just being like oh btw random s.a scene hehe moving on isnt ok. I get the background for the villain being graped and drugged i guess at least that had some relevence to his character and why he hated the ML so much but the friend s.a.ing the mc was unnecessary and makes me upset when ppl add stuff in

If you didn't get hooked after 15 chapters then ig not really... the whole appeal is their relationship and how ml is not only a lunatic but also obsessed with Chloe. I dropped it around the 70th chapter but I don't remember it being lore heavy or it having any plot twists

I dont need to read a story about a rapist. He forced himself onto the mc after i think it was a year of abuse. Just because the mc had sex with him after (it was still forced) doesnt excuse the rape, blackmail, and abuse he put the mc thru. I get tragic backstory for the villain, oh no, but idgaf. Main couple was nice tho really cute and love their dynamic. Hate that that trash is getting a side story tho artist-nim if your gonna make side stories give us happy epilogue with main couple (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Just finished it. They're not blood related. ML's "sister" which is the mother of MC is not really his sister. Their father married a woman who's already pregnant (the sister's mother), then that woman died. The father then adopted the sister as if it was his real daughter. Then the father remarried and had a child which is the ML. So ML is not really the uncle of MC. It was just through adoption so it's safe. Read it. It's good.

In short they aren't really brother and sister so that makes MC not his "real" nephew.
MC and ML both grew up without knowing each other. See if this is still an issue for you.

There also isn't that much of an age gap (10 years only). MC is also an adult in his 20s and fully gave his consent. Therefore, you won't find a problem here either.

I have no problem with it myself, but most people nowadays freak over measly 3 year “age gaps” until you’re like 28 so stuff like this doesn’t go over well with majority of folks. They would consider this “grooming” and “predatory” (even in 100% consensual and non dubious circumstances or two people being very in love)
Age gaps, even if both parties are 18+ or WELL into adulthood, are considered creepy/grooming and stories with them even have trigger warnings now.
As for the incest, most people hear the relative terms (even if not related by blood or never knew each other) and equate it to incest automatically. Which I understand to an extent. Imo, if they aren’t blood related and/or never saw the other as family it’s not really incest. But most people disagree. The moment you have any familial relation, even if you barely know the other, it’s looked at as incest.
Age gaps + “incest” combined in a story make for a recipe of controversy and “problematic” content. So, lots of people who read this story or see spoilers will probably hate it.
